What accessories are included with the e-bike rental?
Each e-bike rental comes with a lock, charger and helmet.
How do I turn on the bike?
Three buttons are located on the left side of the handlebar. Hold down the center button until the LCD panel comes on.
How long does a typical battery charge last?
Depending on the rider’s power usage, the range is 45-65 miles. The battery will drain quicker if the user uses the throttle or a high-level pedal assist setting.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation if you cancel 48 hours prior to your rental.
Do I need to lock my e-Bike?
Yes, it is recommended that you lock your e-bike whenever you leave it unattended, just as you would with a regular bike. E-bikes can be expensive and are therefore attractive targets for theft. locking your e-bike helps to deter thieves and reduce the risk of it being stolen.
